  • We are pleased to add Balayage from Pascuali to our range of yarns.

Balayage is a wonderfully soft alpaca-merino mix which was developed together with knitwear designer Melanie Berg (@mairlynd on Instagram).
The aim was to create colours that provide unlimited creative options and flow harmoniously into one another, almost as if dyed by hand. This gave rise to a yarn that is excellent for shawls but, of course, for any other knitting project too, and is particularly well suited to colour techniques such as jacquard or Fair Isle.

There are also 7 stunning hand dyed colours that coordinate perfectly with these yarns - see them here

Pascuali developed different colour schemes, each consisting of four individual colours, which were designed according to the principle of colour gradients. If you combine colours from one scheme, a very harmonious colour effect is created; if you combine colours from different schemes, exciting contrasts are the result.

Pascuali have a strong ethical company focus and all of their yarns are mulesing free and ethically sourced.
