Scheepjes Cahlista is a recycled waste water produced yarn made from 100% natural cotton in Aran/Worsted weight.
It is naturally matte and breathable which makes it perfect for a wide range of projects from garments for children and babies, to flowing shawls and scarves, amigurumi, homeware items and more.

The yarn has a generous twist, designed to reduce splitting whilst maintaining a soft, delicate drape.

Cahlista has also been double gassed, meaning it has been passed over a naked flame to singe away all stray fibres, not once, but twice, ultimately creating an exceptionally smooth yarn that will glide over your hook or needles.

Being EN71-3 certified, the yarn is certified safe to use by those with sensitive skin such as babies or children.
