Plum Pudding Pig is knitted from snout to bottom with panels of cute colourwork knit between the shaped sections. The legs, ears and an i-cord tail are knit separately and then sewn on.
Plum Pudding Pig is inspired by the Oxford Sandy and Black, a hardy outdoor breed with patches of black colouring and a gentle temperament.
Each Plum Pudding Pig kit comes with:
- 1 x Eden DK 100g skein for Main Colour
- 1 x Eden DK 50g skein for Contrast Colour
- 1 x Printed Pattern
- 1 x Polymer clay Pig progress keeper made by The Shed @ 71
Please note that we will wind the yarn into cakes prior to shipping so you do not have to wind them yourself.
To complete this knitted pig you will need to use either double pointed needles (DPN's) or a circular knitting needle in size 3mm (US 2.5).
You will also require 4mm short DPN's, 2 buttons for eyes, a tapestry needle and some toy stuffing.
