ISAGER HIGHLAND WOOL is 100% Lambswool which is spun from sheep's wool in Peru. The yarn is characterized by its fine colours, which are a mix of different shades which are dyed into the wool before it is spun.
Highland is not as tightly spun as Tvinni and thus feels softer, but the yarn can replace Tvinni and Alpaca 2. In terms of softness and durability, the quality lies between these two.
This is a light fingering/lace yarn and has works well knitted alone of with other yarns such as Alpaca 1 and Alpaca 2.
The yarn works well in pattern knitting with other qualities, and it does not twist when knitted on a circular needle.
